Operation and Skill Training Programmes

The center establishes processing manufacture workshops so that inmates can develop diligence and hardworking habits and thus adjust to society after leaving the center. We take over assigned processing work. The processing products include paper processes (art works of dragon boats, lotus-shaped paper folding) and art works of candles. Additionally, to increase revenue, we also add self-operational work of cleaning, agricultural products, gardening etc. These are opportunities for inmates to learn another skill. Using local resources, we invite gardening experts to conduct courses to give inmates training.  Our inmates could learn a living skill. They can even establish their own business and make a living so that they won’t commit the same crimes in future.
